Listening now…
Hey friends! Sorry I have been a bit MIA lately…
If you have followed me for awhile, you know this blog goes through ebbs and flows often…
I start a new amazing career opportunity on November 6th and am very excited and feeling extremely blessed. It’s with a very well known company with values, morals, and a mission I really respect and stand behind. The benefits are amazing, the office is stunning, and they are dog friendly. YUP.
It’s pretty normal for me to come back from not blogging after a month with a spooky post. However, it’s also Halloween! So….it’s perfect.
You know what’s also spooky, though?
Accepting less than you deserve
Selling yourself short and knowing you are capable of more than you are doing
But not even trying for fear of failure
Not letting yourself see the value of a good hard mistake
Comparing ourselves to others
Forgetting that we are one in a million
Not calling ourselves out when we need to
Misinterpreting other’s opinions of us for a solid definition of who we are
Swallowing that idea of us into our core being ; holding it there for way. too. long.
Life tip
The only time it is every okay to wear someone else’s mask or personality is Halloween.

I love this post and all the spooky art work. Also Betty Boop! That made me so happy to see 🙂 And yes… those are some serious straight up truths. I am trying to remember that “Comparison is the thief of joy,” because I find that to be so true! Thank you for sharing this, momma! ❤
